Job Title: Freelance HR – Performance-Based (Calling Profile)

Compensation:

Per Company Tie-Up: Dollars 200 to 500

Per Candidate Placement: Dollars 50 to 100

Note: This is a 100% performance-based role.

Job Overview:

Firststep Placement Services is expanding its freelance team and is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Freelance HR professionals who can work remotely. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to new companies and secure tie-ups for manpower requirements. Once a company is tied up, our internal team will provide the right candidates.

This is a purely calling-based role with no fixed salary – income is based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential companies and HR departments.

Introduce Firststep Placement Services and explain our recruitment support process.

Secure tie-ups with companies for various job roles (skilled/unskilled, etc.).

Coordinate with the internal recruitment team once the tie-up is successful.

Follow up with clients and maintain a strong relationship for repeat business.

Maintain daily calling reports and update progress regularly.

Eligibility Criteria:

Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or telecalling is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must have a smartphone and stable internet connection.

Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.

Ability to dedicate at least 4 hours daily for calling.

Earnings:

For every company tie-up: Earn Dollars 200 to 500

For every candidate placed: Earn Dollars 50 to 100

No limit on income – more calls and tie-ups = higher earnings.
