Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Capable of multi tasking and managing time efficiently
- Has basic background in health account
- Preferably with Customer Service experience
- Preferably without any reliability issues from previous jobs
Job Roles:
1. Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
2. Providing claims status.
3. Reviewing basic patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
4. Researching and appealing basic denied claims.
5. Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts."
