We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals senior lady living at spruce grove al erta close to Edmonton

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a caring environment
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment
• Support patients with mobility.
• Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
• Assist with specialized care needs such as dementia care, hospice support, or working with individuals with disabilities
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure client well-being at all times

Skills

• Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care preferred
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and caregiving best practices
• Ability to work effectively with seniors and individuals with disabilities or special needs
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
• Basic cooking skills for meal preparation aligned with dietary requirements
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve clients’ quality of life
