Overview:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Reservations: Manage reservations and update guest information.
- Billing: Process payments and ensure accurate billing details.
- Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for guest needs.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative: Maintain guest records and assist with clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
- Hilton Or Similar Brand is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Tech: Familiarity with hotel management software.
- Hours: Must be available for various shifts, including Evening or Afternoon and if Night and weekends.
