Front Desk Agent

Overview:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
• Reservations: Manage reservations and update guest information.
• Billing: Process payments and ensure accurate billing details.
• Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for guest needs.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Administrative: Maintain guest records and assist with clerical duties.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
• Hilton Or Similar Brand is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Tech: Familiarity with hotel management software.
• Hours: Must be available for various shifts, including Evening or Afternoon and if Night and weekends.

Pay: $17.97 - $19.00 per hour
