Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the vibrant face of our organization, ensuring that every visitor and team member feels welcomed and valued. You will play a pivotal role in managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding support while managing administrative tasks with precision and care.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all visitors and staff.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
  • Coordinate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff in clerical duties, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and accuracy in all communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance office management processes and improve overall workflow.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable
