Educational Background

Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related course

College level may be considered with relevant hotel experience

Experience

With or without experience (experience in hotel front desk / customer service is an advantage)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino; other languages are an advantage)

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email; PMS knowledge is a plus)

Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations, billing, and records

Personal Qualities

Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Honest, reliable, and trustworthy

Patient, courteous, and service-oriented

Can work under pressure and during peak hours

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Physical & Other Requirements

Physically fit for duty

Presentable and well-groomed

Must pass hotel pre-employment requirements
