Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests to enhance their stay and foster guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including, but not limited to, room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, the local area and other general product knowledge and answer guest questions and inquiries
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy
- Maintain exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring guest comfort
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest documentation
- Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong background in front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and a focus on guest relations
- Strong knowledge of hotel experience protocols, including reservation systems and guest services standards
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed
