Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented approach
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately to maximize occupancy
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs promptly
• Uphold guest relations standards by ensuring personalized service and attention to detail
• Assist with administrative tasks such as logging incidents, preparing reports, and managing guest records

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality front desk operations strongly preferred, especially with Hilton systems (PEP)
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactions
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude
