Your ability to communicate effectively, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and manage multiple responsibilities will be key to delivering a top-tier hospitality experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented approach
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately to maximize occupancy
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs promptly
- Uphold guest relations standards by ensuring personalized service and attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as logging incidents, preparing reports, and managing guest records
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality front desk operations strongly preferred, especially with Hilton systems (PEP)
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude
