Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct night audit procedures by reviewing daily financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail.
- Assist in coordinating guest services such as transportation, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies related to phone etiquette, guest relations, and security protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
