Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services during evening hours and ensuring smooth overnight operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining efficient front desk and night audit functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently, and address their inquiries with professionalism
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and reconciling daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain excellent guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Monitor security protocols by conducting routine checks of the premises during overnight hours
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reservation management, and updating guest records
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly during your shift

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude
  • Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence
