About the Role
We are seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator with direct experience in an aesthetic or regenerative medicine clinic. This is a client-facing role that requires strong presentation, excellent communication, and genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Manage phone calls, scheduling, intake, and EMR documentation
• Support providers with treatment coordination and patient flow
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, payments, and client follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Previous aesthetics or regenerative medicine clinic experience
• Strong professional appearance and presence — must genuinely love beauty and aesthetics
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and ability to multitask
• A service-oriented personality that values both clients and team members

• Part-Time / Full-Time availability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
