Front Desk Customer Success Coordinator

As a Customer Success Team Member (Receptionist) at Suncoast Gymnastics Wesley Chapel, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our athletes, families, and visitors. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:Greet and assist visitors, athletes, and parents with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about our programs and services.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Customer Support:Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about classes, schedules, and special events.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Registration and Check-In:Facilitate the registration process for new and existing athletes.
Manage check-ins for classes, events, and other activities.

Communication:Keep families informed about upcoming events, schedule changes, and any relevant updates.
Communicate effectively with coaches, directors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Administrative Support:Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Support the coordination of special events and activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Work Location: In person
