Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Office Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role goes beyond greeting—it’s about creating memorable moments, guiding guests seamlessly, and ensuring every visitor feels seen, heard, and valued. You will assist with check-ins, reservations, inquiries, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay.

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Maintain guest records, payments, and reservation details with high accuracy.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Uphold front desk presentation standards, maintaining a polished and organized workspace.

  • Provide recommendations on resort amenities, local attractions, and guest services.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries with courtesy and clarity.

  • Support daily administrative tasks, including logs, reports, and documentation.

  • Maintain a calm, positive attitude during peak hours and challenging situations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest services is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency in hotel software systems is an asset.

  • Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
