Front Desk Receptionist

FRONT DESK MANAGER IN A BUSY HEALTH-CARE FACILITY

We need an amazing person to help manage the busy front office of our Chiropractic holistic health clinic.

You will love this job and the fantastic people you will work with!

This job is full-time. You will work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., and 9-12 Friday. So every week you have almost three-day weekend with half of Fridays, as well as Saturdays and Sundays off! The job responsibilities and qualities we are looking for are:

A natural multi-tasker

Fantastic people skills

Accurate Math Accountability

Outgoing personality able to take and make lots of calls

Handling multiple phone lines Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Booking new and existing patient appointments, Greeting customers, Having great customer service skills. Must have Background in or interest in nutrition, weight loss and wellness (helpful, but we can train)
