Front Desk/Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports for management.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in resort or hotel management preferred.
• Proficient in front desk operations and hospitality management principles.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
