We are looking for 2 Front House - Barista who cares about the product, enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things properly.

This role is ideal for someone who loves coffee, fresh food and a well-presented counter, and who wants to be part of a small, passionate team.

The Role

As a Front House Barista at Magico Bakery, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee with consistency and care
• Serving and presenting artisan bread, pastries and baked goods
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
• Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer
• A positive, approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Passion for customer service and confidence in promoting products
• Energy, speed, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere
• Good level of English
