Our Downtown Tacoma Tapas Restaurant, which seats 180 and has a party room (so big scale service, with an a commitment to individualized service), is seeking Upscale Dining Staff to join our team. You'll use your personality, empathy, knowledge and skills to provide incredible dining & bar/lounge services to our patrons. Your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of interacting with the guests is executed cheerfully, charmingly, efficiently and professionally.

Average hours: 22-32, but can make space for full-time, depending on experience and preferences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Note: Previous food &/or cocktail service experience is required, unless applying for Host/Reception (but Host/Reception must be comfortable with learning the Reservation app, quickly and efficiently)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Craft Cocktail and/or Wine knowledge

Familiarity with POS systems
- Familiarity with Reservation systems
- Spanish language skills (Level 1, conversational)
Education & Qualifications

Completion of a food handler safety course within 2 weeks of hire, or current card

Certification in alcohol service course, within 4 weeks of hire, or current card (for Table Servers, Cocktail Servers, Bartenders or Bar Backs)

Eligible to work in the US

Current State or Federal i.d.

Agree to & pall a full background check
- Reliable transportation: If no drivers license, current Pierce Transit Card
