Front Of House Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front end of our retail store.

Responsibilities
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout and throughout the store
- Assist customers with technology sales inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers with inquiries
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area

Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering
- Strong technology sales knowledge
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous

2. Unilateral absences without permission on the day of work are not permitted.

3. If you are experiencing any illness or special circumstances on the day of work or if there is a possibility that they may occur, you must inform your immediate supervisor at least 24 hours before work.

4. Otherwise, you may be penalized for future wage increases and schedules.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
