Front Of House Team Member

At Catch Of The Day we are proud to be serving our fresh local produce to the people of Cork, we cook everything fresh to order and have two other locations in Kinsale and Carrigaline.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Front of House Team Member for our busy establishment in Bandon Road, Cork City.

We are only considering applications from experienced candidates with Food/Restaurant/Takeaway Experience.

Must have 2+ years demonstratable experience in a Customer facing role.

Job description

Actively help manage the volume of orders gping out to customers by working hands on in taking orders and serving food to the customers, servicing customers and overseeing the coordination of orders,

Must be consistently friendly/courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service to make sure the customers have a nice experience along with good food.

Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Be flexible with regards to hours,

Have a good command of the English Language.

Must work to help achieve company objectives in sales, customer service, quality, appearance of facility and cleanliness through cosistent high quality perforance and contributing to a positive, productive working environment.

Ensure that all food and products are consistently served according to the restaurant’s policies, portioning, and serving standards.

Ensure that all equipment and work surfaces are kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by maintaining highbstandards at all times.

To be considered for this role candidates need to be available to work shifts across a mixture of Days, Evenings and Weekends.

Customer facing role, Fast paced environment, strong Customer Service experience is a must.
