Front Office Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and diligent Front Office Assistant to join our bustling property management team in Galway City. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and be adept at juggling various daily administrative and customer service tasks.

The perfect candidate will demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and excel in prioritising their workload. With a strong background in customer service and an excellent telephone manner, they will ideally have previous experience in data entry and/or bookkeeping.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Responding to enquiries in person, by email and on the phone, dealing with clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Undertaking administrative duties such as document drafting, mailing, scanning.
  • Managing contacts and up-dating our internal CRM.
  • Using a range of Microsoft office software, including email, excel spread sheets and databases.
  • Providing administrative support to management.
  • Data Entry and Bookkeeping.

You'll ideally have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator where customer service is key to the role.
  • Ability to multitask as this role involves a diverse range of duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Have excellent IT skills, confident in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Focused, task oriented, disciplined and a good communicator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
