Front Office Assistant/Pt Aide Float

Rancho Physical Therapy is looking for a Part time Front Office Assistant/Back Office Aide Float.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Front Office/PT Aide duties may include but are not limited to, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling of patients, verifying insurance, chart preparation, collecting of co-pays and co-insurance. When performing Aide duties, will provide therapy assistance for assigned patients and accomplishes other related activities within the physical therapy office and under the direct supervision of a registered physical therapist. The Front office/Aide float will cover the following centers, Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley and Rancho Cucamonga backfill time off requests and to fill-in as needed.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in physical therapy or related medical field.
• Detail oriented and able to inspect materials, equipment, structures, and information for defects or missing parts, components.
• Multi-tasking ability.
• Bilingual a Plus
• Follow directives and use sound judgment in performing job related functions.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with a respectful delivery.
• Organize time and set priorities appropriately, demonstrating flexibility.
• Demonstrate respect, integrity, and discretion in all job-related matters.
• An attitude of excellence in providing quality patient care.
• Proficient in Windows 11.
• Work various schedules.
• Work various locations as assigned and need dictates.
• Ability to follow directions and use sound judgment in performing job related functions.
• Ability to establish rapport and work harmoniously with patients, families, professionals, co-workers and the public.
• Ability to assume responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
