We now have an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with experience within a similar quality environment, to join our professional front of house team at the Arlington Hotel, Bachelors Walk, located in the heart of Dublin City Center.

We are seeking candidates who have an outgoing, pleasant personality, be very guest focused and strive to deliver exceptional customer care to our hotel guests. Attention to detail, well organised approach and flexibility will mark out the successful candidate.

Job Specification:

• To work as part of the Front Office team.
• To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed to the hotel and assisted with their portage needs.
• To show good communication skills
• To ensure all timings and requests are effectively performed
• To ensure that service is provided to the level they require
• To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards in the department and Hotel
• To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in the Hotel
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner

Person Specification:

• Good attention to detail to ensure all customers requests are met
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Previous Hotel Porter experience
• Must have a good command of the English Language

This is a full time position of up to 35 - 40 per week
