Front Store Manager/Cashier

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience while managing staff and inventory effectively.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals through effective coaching and training.
• Implement strategies for upselling and enhancing customer engagement to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization, to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and daily financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear direction and feedback to foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Supervise staff performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing ongoing support for professional development.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in cash handling practices and experience with cash register operations.
• Ability to manage stock levels efficiently while ensuring product availability for customers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must speak Spanish.
