Additional Information:
- These roles are permanent part-time, 40hrs-60hrs/fortnight.
- Applications close Friday 7 November 2025
- These roles require all day availability on Mondays and Fridays.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts rostered between the hours of 6am and 10pm
- You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Handing over Click & Collect and home delivery orders, and proactively solving any order issues.
- Proactively supporting stock accuracy and minimising discrepancies, acting quickly to correct deviations.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Safely using and maintaining machinery, equipment, PPE, and correct manual handling techniques to complete operational tasks.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as replenishment, inventory counts, and other tasks.
Who you are
- A passion for fulfilment operations, & stock accuracy, with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional, & customer-centric approach.
- A priority for safety, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including regular lifting, use of manual handling equipment, and being on your feet for long periods.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
