Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager

We are seeking to hire a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping and office management. This individual must be highly organized, take initiative, and communicate professionally. Candidates will need at least 5 years of relevant experience. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities:

Accounting/Bookkeeping

• Perform general functions of accounting, AP/AR transactions
• Reconcile account statements and business transactions
• Support month-end close
• Journal Entries
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and financial statements

Administration

• General office duties
• Place orders for production/operations

HR

• Manage on/off-boarding, Employee benefits, Handbook
• Work with payroll system (Paychex) to ensure accurate records
• Support Team Culture: employee recognition, meetings, birthdays, holidays, etc.

Qualifications:

• Accounting principles with minimum of 5 years of experience
• Office Management / HR experience, minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience with bookkeeping software or ERP programs, ex. QuickBooks, NetSuite
• Expert with Microsoft Office software programs
• Associates Degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred (English & Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
