Full-Time Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician

About Us:
Duct Ninjas is a growing air duct and dryer vent cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across the Lower Mainland. We pride ourselves on professionalism, high-quality service, and building long-term relationships with our customers.

We are currently looking for a full-time technician to join our team. Training is provided — we’re looking for someone motivated, reliable, and coachable.

Responsibilities:

• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning in residential and commercial properties
• Operate professional cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
• Maintain job site cleanliness and follow company safety procedures
• Complete before/after photos and basic job documentation
• Work independently and manage daily schedules
• Represent the Duct Ninjas brand professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience in HVAC, cleaning, or trades is an asset but not required

• Monday to Saturday availability preferred
• Overtime available during peak seasons

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
