Full-Time and Part-Time ESL Teacher Athlone

We are looking for an ESL teacher to teach in our busy language centre in Athlone. Full-time teachers should be available to teach morning classes ( 9:30 to 12:30 PM) and afternoon classes (2.00-4.55 PM). Part-time teachers should be available to teach afternoon classes.

Position Details:

Teaching General English to visiting secondary school students on mini-stay programmes. Teaching staff are supported by the centre's Lead Teacher in the use of in-house programme and material.

Applicants should:

• Have enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching teenagers
• Be professional and friendly, cultivating a welcoming environment
• Have a good degree of flexibility, and an ability to work as part of a team

Certification in CELTA/TESOL or TEFL is required.

If English is a second language, a C2 level of English is required. A copy of qualifications will be requested.

Preferred(not mandatory):

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Prior experience in ESOL/EFL teaching.
• Driving License
