Full Time Barista

About The Role

Happy Kopi Coffee Shop is seeking a passionate, energetic and organized Full Time Barista member to join our growing team in our Main Office at Shorthorn, Project 8, Quezon City location. In this position, you will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items that meet our high-quality standards
• Restock supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability of necessary items
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and ensure consistent quality controls
• Open and close the cafe, ensuring operational readiness and security
• Operate and maintain machines and other cafe equipment
• Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the team

What We're Looking For

• 18 to 29 years old
• Atleast a High school graduate / Senior High School degree or equivalent
• With or without experience (willing to be trained and desire to learn more)
• Outgoing and positive “can do” attitude
• Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Can work both independently and with a team
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
