The Role

As a Full-Time Driving Instructor, you will:

• Provide professional driving lessons to students with varying levels of experience.
• Deliver engaging, patient, and tailored instruction to meet individual student needs.
• Support students in preparing for driving tests, ensuring they understand New Zealand’s road rules and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate student progress records and provide constructive feedback.
• Represent Rule Education Trust professionally and uphold our commitment to high-quality education and training.

About You

You’re the right fit if you:

• Hold a current Driving Instructor Endorsement (I Endorsement) from NZTA.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are patient, approachable, and passionate about teaching.
• Have a strong understanding of New Zealand’s road rules and safety guidelines.
• Are organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
