Full Time Experienced Barista

This is a full time position.

Grindstone, an exciting specialty coffee shop based above the Balally Luas Stop is looking to expand its team.

We have an immediate requirement for a customer focused experienced barista.

Applicants must have experience with speciality coffee with a keen interest in quality coffee and latte art skills.

Willing to have banter with both customers and fellow team members, whilst getting the job done. Personality is key.

Excellent customer service skills

Be well presented and a have a professional demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, both during the week and weekends.

Ensuring the cafe's friendly, high quality, reliable service standard are upheld at all times.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Preparing Speciality Coffee to an exceptional standard.

Good presentation awareness ensuring food displays and retail section are fully stocked.

Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.

Opening Times: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
