Full-Time Landscaper / Gardener – Join Our Team

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated full-time landscaper to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining strata and real estate properties, keeping outdoor spaces neat, safe, and presentable.

About the Role
You’ll be working outdoors across a variety of sites, carrying out day-to-day landscaping and gardening tasks. Training and support are provided, with opportunities to grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lawn mowing, edging, and hedging

General gardening and presentation work

Tree pruning and basic arbor tasks

Planting, removals, mulching, and garden upgrades

Basic landscaping tasks to enhance properties

Reticulation knowledge is desirable (training provided if required)

What We Offer

Competitive salary $32 - $38 p/h based on experience.

Company vehicle provided

Full training and support

Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm

Work with a supportive and professional team and solo.

What We’re Looking For

Previous landscaping or gardening experience, minimum 3 years

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Physically fit and willing to work outdoors

Current manual driver’s licence required
