Full Time & Live-In English Speaker Nanny To Start Asap - Geneva Based For 3-4 Months

We are hiring a Full-Time Live-in Nanny (100%) – Fixed-Term Contract – Geneva

A private family based in Geneva is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and caring nanny to look after four children (aged 11, 9, 4 years old, and a newborn of 1 month). The family already employs a live-in nanny; the role may be կազմակերպed either in a rota system or as a shared position (to be defined).

Start date: As soon as possible
Contract: Fixed-term (3 to 4 months, to be agreed)
Work rate: Full-time (100%)
Schedule: From approximately 7:00 AM until 8:30 PM, including weekends
Accommodation: Live-in position

Key Responsibilities:

• Full care of the children, with a strong focus on the newborn
• Managing daily routines (morning preparation, school coordination, meals, activities, bedtime)
• Supporting the children’s development through age-appropriate activities
• Assisting with school logistics (older children attend school during the day)
• Ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing environment
• Working collaboratively with the existing nanny (rota or shared care arrangement)

Profile:

• Proven experience with children of similar ages, especially with newborns (essential)
• Energetic, organized, and proactive
• Patient, reliable, and attentive to children’s needs
• Able to manage multiple children and adapt to a busy household
• Team player, comfortable working alongside another nanny
• Valid driving license required

Languages:

• Fluent English required (must-have)
• French is a plus
