Full-Time Nanny Housekeeper (Live-In Or Live-Out) - Lausanne, Switzerland

A warm and busy family based in Lausanne is looking for an energetic, flexible, and experienced full-time Nanny Housekeeper to join their home long-term. The role will be approximately 70% housekeeping and 30% childcare, caring for two children aged 2 and 4 years old. Both children attend nursery during the day, and mum is very hands-on with the children.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland

Accommodation: Live-in or out (live-out candidates must be flexible to stay overnight occasionally if needed for weekend childcare support)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00.

Key responsibilities:

• • Full housekeeping duties for a large family home
  • Laundry, ironing, tidying, and organisation
  • Childcare support before/after nursery and on occasional weekends
  • Keeping up with two active young children
  • Occasional cooking and meal preparation
  • Potential nursery/school drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Occasional international travel with the family

The ideal candidate will be flexible and happy to occasionally assist with weekend childcare support due to the parents’ work schedules. If weekend support is required, time off will be given during the week. The family is also looking for someone who is comfortable travelling with them from time to time, including occasionally over the December holiday period.

• Previous nanny and housekeeping experience
• Fluent English speaker
• Energetic, proactive, and organised
• Driver preferred
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• EU passport highly preferred due to travel and visa ease
• Flexible, reliable, and long-term minded
