Job Overview

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding hotel customer service.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities

- Manage reservations and room assignments

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages

Skills

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous
