Duties

• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive timely assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold company standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and organization within the store.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
• Experience in technical sales is beneficial for promoting specialized products.
