Full-Time Sales Representative – Security Services

Watson Express Security is a growing professional security services company seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our client base across Minnesota.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. You will focus on selling unarmed security services to businesses, organizations, events, and properties. Operations, scheduling, and guard management are handled by our internal team — your focus is sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities for security services
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits
  • Schedule walkthroughs and client meetings
  • Present and propose customized security solutions
  • Close new security service contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and closed deals
  • Coordinate handoff of new clients to operations
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Compensation

Base Pay

  • $18.00 - $20 per hour, based on experience

Commission (New Business)

3% on contracts up to $50,000

  • 4% on contracts between $50,001 – $150,000
  • 5% on contracts over $150,000

Residual Commission

  • 2% on first-year renewals
  • 1% on second-year renewals

Commission is paid after the client’s first payment is received.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (B2B, security, staffing, or services a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Basic computer and CRM experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
