Duties

• Help develop and implement developmental appropriate lesson plans.
• Support students with their learning tasks, providing one-on-one or small group assistance as needed.
• Help manage classroom behavior by implementing behavior management strategies.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
• Participate in the planning and execution of educational programs and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting, including tidying up after activities.
• Document student progress.

Skills
Candidates should possess a combination of the following skills:

• Understanding of childhood development stages.
• Previous experience with children in various settings such as daycare, toddler care, or babysitting.
• Classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Ability to engage effectively with students through teaching and caregiving practices.
• Experience working directly with students, demonstrating patience and empathy.
