Full-Time Videographer – Miami, Fl

About the Role

Learn To Cut is building a world-class media team in Miami, and we are looking for a hungry, highly skilled full-time videographer who wants to grow with a global brand.

This is not a casual gig or part-time creator role.
You will be working directly with Alexi, producing high-level cinematic content inside a fully equipped studio, and contributing to a brand seen by millions worldwide.

We are looking for someone who can shoot, edit, light, and think at a professional level — and who wants to own this department long-term.

Responsibilities

• Capture and produce long-form content (YouTube, interviews, educational, storytelling).
• Repurpose footage into short-form assets (Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts).
• Handle full lighting setups, color grading, audio, and studio preparation.
• Collaborate with Alexi + the media team on visual direction, pacing, and storytelling.
• Work inside a structured system with deadlines and daily output requirements.
• Maintain organized project files, deliver high-quality edits, and adapt quickly on shoot days.
• Must be available for travel when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional videography + editing experience.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and cinematic pacing.
• Skilled in Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Experience shooting for brands, creators, or fast-paced media teams.
• Must be based in Miami or willing to relocate immediately.
• Able to work on-site 5 days/week in the Wynwood area.
• Comfortable working under structure, direction, and performance expectations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic visuals and real editing craftsmanship.

Preferred Skills

• YouTube long-form editing experience.
• Ability to direct talent and set up scenes quickly.
• Strong sense of emotional storytelling and pacing.
• Experience operating gimbals, FX-style cameras, and studio lighting.
