.- Roster that has mix of day & night shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
- $28.38 p/h + super + shift loading (Level 3 pay grade)

About the Role
This position is primarily focused on gatehouse duties, maintaining a strong security presence while ensuring safe and efficient access control for staff, visitors, and contractors. The role also includes periodic patrols and requires a high level of autonomy and self-reliance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and controlling access through the gatehouse
- Checking identification, issuing passes, and managing visitor/contractor entry
- Conducting occasional foot patrols to ensure people are safe and buildings are secure
- Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required
- Assisting and directing people around the site
- Writing accurate reports in response to incidents
- Communicating calmly and clearly with staff, visitors, and key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate (essential)
- Current NSW Security Licence
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Traffic control (desirable)
- Proven ability to stay alert and focused while working autonomously
- High level of self-reliance and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Working With Children Check
