General Accounting Supervisor

• Develop annual audit plan and coordinate audit activities.
• Perform audits for business operations, finances, compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies.
• Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate performance of audit staffs and provide appropriate feedback.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Organize trainings for audit team for skill development.
• Coordinate with team to review audit findings.
• Prepare reports with audit findings and recommendations.
• Assist in developing budgets and timelines for upcoming audits.
• Evaluate current audit procedures and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate and enhance internal controls to improve operational efficiency
• Communicate audit status to management on regular basis.
• Discuss with Audit Manager about audit observations, recommendations, and actions to be taken
• Prepare clear and complete audit work papers and store them in the department repository.
• Analyze and resolve audit issues in a timely fashion.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• CPA is preferred but not required
• With at least 3- 5 years experience
• Proven work experience as a General Accountant
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Keen attention to details
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
• Amenable to work on site: McKinley West, Taguig City (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
