General Accounting Supervisor

Location: Metro Pacific Fresh Farms Greenhouse, Brgy. Salapungan, San Rafael Bulacan

Department: Finance & Accounting

Basic Function

Oversee the General Ledger and general accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while driving efficiency and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the General Ledger accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, and present financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements and budget reports in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Monitor cost structures and revenue streams to improve financial performance.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk modeling for strategic business planning.
• Document financial processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and best practices.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BSA)

Licensure: CPA preferred (but not required)

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in a similar role

Technical Skills: Strong background in financial reporting, SAP proficiency

Competencies: Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
