General Accounting Supervisor

What we're looking for

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• With at least three (3) supervisory experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and inter-company transactions
• Proven ability to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and subsidiary ledgers
• Strong expertise in fixed asset management, financial monitoring, and process improvement initiatives
• CPA and other certifications is an advantage

What you'll be doing

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, payment requests, and statutory reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between SOA and CPFI records.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including AP & AR subsidiary ledgers, P&L, and balance sheet analysis.
• Maintain accurate Balance Sheet and General Ledger accounts, including recording of accruals and prepayment amortization.
