Job Description:
The General and Operations will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the facilities and daily operations of the Dublin office.

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage office supplies and equipment, handle correspondence, and maintain organised filing systems.

· Support senior management by managing calendars, organising travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.

· Optimise and implement processes and procedures to maximise efficiency in record-keeping and ensure the integrity of all relevant lease documents, portfolios of information, and presentations.

· Oversee building maintenance, ensure safety and environmental standards are met, manage security systems, and liaise with building management.

· Coordinate with IT support to ensure smooth technology operations and manage relationships with stakeholders for office-related services.

· Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting HR-related tasks.

· Manage expenses, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.

· Organise corporate events, meetings, public relations, and marketing initiatives.

· Update and oversee the company website.

· Oversee the coordination and alignment of all departments.

Job Requirements:

· 2 years of experience in administrative routines or related areas.

· Knowledge of process management and analytical thinking.

· Proficiency with digital tools is an advantage.

Annual Salary: € 37.500

p.h: €18,03

Hours per Week: 40h
