Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Maintenance & Gardener to care for a private residence and its gardens in West Limerick. The role combines garden and grounds maintenance with general property upkeep and DIY tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Gardening: routine garden and grounds maintenance (lawns, planting, pruning, hedges, seasonal care). Monitoring plant health and maintaining garden tools and equipment.

· General property maintenance and repairs.

· Basic plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, and DIY tasks.

· Identifying maintenance issues and liaising with external trades when required.

Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in gardening and grounds maintenance

· Practical experience in general property maintenance and DIY

· Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building work

· Ability to work independently with good attention to detail

· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

· Full clean driving licence preferred
