General Maintenance Worker Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs.

Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing doors, windows, and locks, fixing plumbing leaks, and replacing light bulbs.

Perform carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing furniture, and installing fixtures.

Handle painting and plastering tasks to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
