General Maintenance Worker

We are looking to hire an experienced property maintenance person to work.

You will be carrying out handyman works.

Duties will include:

· Completion of maintenance works at properties to include all handyman type works. A general example of these would be the follows: Painting, flooring, tiling, fitting/Hanging of fire extinguisher and blankets, curtain poles, servicing of windows and fitting of window restrictors, repairing door handles or installing thumb locks, sealing bath / shower areas, ad hoc general home repairs.

· Dealing with tenants onsite queries and managing these effectively.

· Any other ad-hoc duties.

The ideal candidate will have a maintenance background. Must be a fluent English speaker and be able to deal with queries from clients. Be punctual and well presented.
