We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the
daily operations and long-term strategic growth of a newly redeveloped retail
and food destination in the heart of Cork City. This exciting role offers the
opportunity to lead a vibrant, multifaceted hub combining retail, dining, and
leisure experiences, with a specific focus on the development of an elevated
takeaway lunch offering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
retail and food operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation
in the foodservice sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
