Job Title: General Manager (GM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of RUNIK Bar and Cocktail Lounge. The GM will oversee daily operations, staff performance, guest experience, and financial outcomes, ensuring that the lounge maintains the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

● Operations Management: Oversee daily bar, lounge, and entertainment operations; maintain workflow efficiency and operational standards.

● Staff Leadership: Supervise managers and team leaders; set performance expectations; coach and mentor staff to achieve company standards.

● Guest Experience: Ensure excellent service, handle guest concerns professionally, and

maintain brand reputation.

● Financial Oversight: Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and cash handling; ensure proper reporting and operational profitability.

● Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations;

implement emergency preparedness and security measures.

● Strategic Planning: Recommend business growth initiatives, operational improvements, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

preferred.

● Proven managerial experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant operations.

● Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, health, and safety regulations.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
