General Operative

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Insulation Operatives to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on various sites installing insulation and completing associated tasks to a high standard, in line with company procedures and safety requirements.

This role involves working as part of a crew under direction, with responsibility for ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Report daily to the Supervisor for work instructions and job schedules
• Organise and prioritise daily work activities
• Ensure company vehicles are fully stocked with required materials and tools
• Carry out insulation works in accordance with training and company standards
• Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain safety kits on site
• Communicate any site issues, delays, or problems to the Supervisor promptly
• Ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Return all tools, equipment, and unused materials to the yard after job completion
• Complete and submit all required quality, safety, and environmental documentation weekly
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ISO requirements
• Where applicable, collect payment for completed works

• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times

(Previous experience in insulation or construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.)

Pay: €16.50-€21.00 per hour
