General Service Technician Overview:

Thank you for considering Midas to begin or continue your automotive career. We are in need of a General Service Technician / State Inspector in our growing Bridgewater location. Although no previous automotive experience is required, preferred candidates will have 1 to 3 years of light repair or quick lube experience. A passion for cars, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are recommended. No tools? No problem. We offer a starter tool set to new GS hires as a sign on bonus! A State Inspector license or the desire to attain one is a plus. At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through years of automotive repair experience. We are a full-service facility, and we are looking for talented and motivated people to join our team!

GS Technician Requirements:

• Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also working well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic Automotive systems
• Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.

GS Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus.
• Valid Drivers License that meets insurance guidelines
• Reliable transportation
